Join Enzina for this Special Series of Classes!
These classes are relaxing & stress relieving with quiet contemplation on sacred Bible scriptures. Worry, anxiety, dis-comfort and racing thoughts are calmed as you gently stretch your body while Seated in a chair. Contemplation on Bible passages, Essential Oil Diffusion, and soft, peaceful sounds add to the soothing/balancing atmosphere. By balancing and aligning your spine you will clear your stress, wind down, and reconnect with your true self. Overall tension is reduced thus increasing comfort and ease.
Format of each Class: You will be seated in a chair as Enzina guides you through gentle stretches, and contemplation through Bible verses. For part of the class you will be sitting and relaxing in your chair and for some of the class you will be guided with gentle stretches in your chair. You can wear any loose, comfortable clothing for the class. It does not have to be fancy designer clothes!
