Nourishing
Women's Wellness Coach, Enzina will be your Retreat Facilitator in beautiful Costa Rica enabling you to sense the presence of your innermost being through deep breathing, easy stretches, reading scripture and the gifts received from the Beautiful & Nourishing Costa Rica environment. This is a place where you can get in touch with the true you and become clear on your life purpose and greater abundance and fulfillment in your life. Not to mention, each day there will be an optional excursion adventure for you to discover the wonders of Costa Rica and have fun ... or you can just catch some R&R in the wonderful retreat Centre. It is your choice and you decide what you would like to enjoy.

A tropical Pura Vida retreat offers the constant sounds of the ocean, birds, animals and the wind in the trees; an ever-present reminder of the pure life which surrounds us.
Nature's offerings are generous with abundant growth. The deep greens of the jungle, the vibrant red and orange of native flowers and the clear blue ocean & sky are all intensified by the brightness of the tropical sun; during the rainy or "Green" season the Costa Rica landscape is bathed and infused with life-giving abundance for all. Enzina is a Women's Empowerment Coach. Among other qualifications she is certified as a PraiseMoves Instructor, Herbalist and Holistic Nutritionist. She holds an Honours Bachelor Degree in Fine Arts. For over 20 years she has helped women to reduce stress, heal themselves and prosper through simple stretches & movement, essential oils, herbs, health consultations & nutritional consultations. In 1998 Enzina opened her first Holistic Health Centre in Victoria, BC and produced her first 2 guided visualization CD's. She currently continues her work in the Greater Toronto Area and online coaching. Information coming soon for her Costa Rica retreats!
