To do so you may have to remove yourself either temporarily or permanently from some of the outer things that may be causing you stress in one way or another. You may also have to cleanse yourself from any negative energies in your life that create feelings of non-peace. You can do this in many ways but a simple way is through your breath.
So this week try to take at least 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night before bed and breathe deeply. As you exhale, imagine you are exhaling all negative energies and as you inhale, imagine inhaling love, goodness and nourishment for your inner peace. Find your place of peace within you by either meditating on the ocean, imagining its peaceful expanse or perhaps you might enjoy meditating on the peace of a candle flame. Find your own way and be peaceful.
